This page provides transparency about the categories of student data collected by LuxAI in connection with the QTrobot for Autism Professional and Enterprise versions used by schools.
U.S. School Districts
For U.S. educational institutions, LuxAI aligns with the National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) developed by the Access 4 Learning (A4L) Community. The structure below follows the NDPA’s standard exhibit format (Version 1 Rev. 6 ):

School districts that are members of the Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) may access our NDPA exhibits directly via the SDPC platform. Others may refer to these exhibits and data elements for use during their contracting process.
LuxAI is committed to supporting school district privacy requirements and aligns its practices with U.S. federal and state student data privacy laws, including FERPA and COPPA. Our U.S. and Canada Public Sector Addendum is available in our Business Terms.
International Educational Institutions (Canada, UK, EU, and Others)
For educational institutions outside the U.S., including those in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, LuxAI supports compliance with the applicable student data and privacy laws in these jurisdictions, including:
Canada – PIPEDA, and relevant provincial education privacy laws (see Our Canada Public Sector Addendum available in our Business Terms).
United Kingdom – UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
European Union – EU GDPR and applicable national laws
While the NDPA format originates from the U.S., the categories of student data listed reflect the types of information typically collected from educational institutions in these regions. This structure is intended to support transparency, contracting efficiency, and privacy compliance across our supported markets.
