Hi everyone, I’m here to talk about QTrobot and the incredible impact it’s had on my son. My five-year-old boy was recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) last year. Like any parent, I immediately began searching for resources and support online, and that’s how I found QTrobot. We use QTrobot almost every day, especially if my son is feeling well. We want to make the most out of it. Of course, it depends on your child; mine loves QTrobot and can stay engaged for 30 minutes to an full hour, depending on the topic. He particularly likes having new units to keep him engaged. But as soon as he signals he’s finished, I always ask him if he wants to continue or finish, ensuring he doesn’t get bored and maintains a positive experience. My husband and I both work full-time, and having QTrobot in our home means we can access it anytime we want. You don’t have to go out or travel anywhere, which is incredibly helpful when you’re managing a busy schedule. This convenient autism support at home has been a lifesaver.
The robot also comes with a learning plan, and the team guides you through it, which is very helpful. The educational activities are customizable to the child’s level. Every month, you can talk with the team and a therapist, and they’ll develop a plan based on your child’s progress.”
To sum it all up, my boy hasn’t had any formal educational intervention since his ASD diagnosis until QTrobot. It was his very first “therapy” or structured teaching. Now, he’s being assessed by a speech-language therapist online, and it’s amazing to see how he answers questions, demonstrating everything he’s learned through QTrobot. QTrobot basically covers everything a child needs to know at a specific developmental level – whether they’re three, four, or five years old. I can see how much he’s learned through the assessment. Even though he might still be socially reserved and struggles with expressing himself verbally, his level of understanding is superb. I truly believe this is because QTrobot has covered all those crucial areas.
