The Explorers class at Waterloo Lodge School had an exciting week meeting their newest learning companion, QTrobot!
QTrobot is a fun, interactive learning tool designed to help pupils develop important communication and social skills.
The students were immediately engaged, participating enthusiastically in activities that encouraged them to take turns, interpret facial expressions, and recognize different emotions.
During one of the sessions, pupils observed QTrobot’s expressive face and body language to guess how he was feeling, a fantastic way to strengthen emotional understanding and social awareness. These activities directly support the pupils’ EHCP targets, providing meaningful and interactive opportunities to practice essential skills in a supportive environment.
The team at Waterloo Lodge School is especially excited to begin personalized sessions with QTrobot, helping each pupil work toward their individual goals while learning in a fun and motivating way.
