LuxAI Subprocessors

To support the delivery of its services, LuxAI engages a limited number of trusted subprocessors. These subprocessors perform specific functions such as cloud hosting, authentication, customer communication, technical support, and logistics.
All subprocessors are bound by written agreements that impose confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations substantially equivalent to those set out in our contractual commitments. LuxAI does not disclose personally identifiable information, including Student Data, to any third party except as permitted under the applicable agreement or as required by law. Subprocessors are required to adhere to the same restrictions.
LuxAI remains fully responsible for ensuring that its subprocessors comply with the obligations applicable to them under LuxAI’s Commercial Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Below is a list of subprocessors that may process personally identifiable information on behalf of LuxAI:
