Creating a New Learner Profile on Your QTrobot Dashboard

In this tutorial, we’ll demonstrate how to create a new learner profile on your QTrobot. This will enable you to conduct individual educational sessions and activities with a student, track their performance, and generate reports that illustrate their progress and learning achievements.

Step 1: Access Your QTrobot Online Dashboard

Visit qt.luxai.com to access your QTrobot online dashboard.

Log in using your email and password. If you don’t have an account, ask the admin account owner of QTrobot in your organization to add you to the dashboard so you can create an account.

Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Learners’ Section

In the ‘Learners’ section, you will find various options related to learner management. Click on the ‘Add New Learner’ button located at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Enter Learner Details

After clicking ‘Add New Learner,’ a form will appear where you need to input the learner’s details. The learner’s first and last names are the only mandatory fields required to create a new profile.

Optionally, you can fill out additional fields to provide more details about the learner. This information will enhance the learner’s exportable progress report, making it more detailed and useful.

Step 4: Save the New Learner Profile

Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the ‘Save New Learner’ button to finalize the creation of the new profile. Your new learner profile is now successfully added and stored in the system.

Step 5: Manage Learner Details

You can view the learner’s details at any time by clicking on the info icon next to their name in the ‘Learners’ list. If necessary, you can also edit these details to keep the learner’s profile up to date.

Congratulations! You have successfully created a new learner profile on the QTrobot dashboard. You are now ready to use QTrobot to run educational activities with the learner, create an individualized education plan for the learner, and track the learner’s progress effectively through the platform.
